• No Minimums: Items will be sold without reserve.
• Final Sales: All transactions are binding and cannot be reversed.
• Vendor Payments: Proceed checks will be issued approximately one week after the auction. Vendors may pick up their payment at the office or request mailing.
• Item Pickup Service: Auction items can be picked up within the Bartlesville and surrounding areas at $50 per hour (one‑hour minimum).
• Item Delivery Service: Purchased items can be delivered within the Bartlesville and surrounding areas at $50 per hour (one‑hour minimum).
• Legal Compliance: No illegal items will be accepted. All Federal and State laws are strictly observed.
• Accepted Payments: Cash, checks, credit cards, Apple Pay, and Android Pay. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments.
• Tax Exemption: Available with proper documentation.

Commission Fee Structure Per Item

• $1 – $1,000: 30% commission
• $1,001 – $2,500: 25% commission
• $2,501 and above: 15% commission

Special commission rates may be available based on the quantity of items consigned, the quality of products, or for repeat customers. Ask about special commission rates for guns & vehicles.

All bidders must present a valid government‑issued photo ID at registration. Accepted forms include a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. This helps us verify identity, prevent fraudulent bidding, and maintain a secure auction environment.

Bidder Number Assignment

After ID verification, you will receive a unique bidder number.

• This number must be used for all bids.
• Bidder numbers are non‑transferable.
• All bids placed under your number are your responsibility.
